Owner of Property at Issue—Question

QUESTION ______ Did Paul Payne own the property at issue? Paul Payne owned the property at issue if he had— 1. title to the property; or

2. possession of the property, whether lawful or not; or 3. a greater right to possession of the property than Don Davis . “Possession” means actual care, custody, control, or management.
