W ORKERS ’ C OMPENSATION —A VERAGE W EEKLY W AGE

Employees with multiple employment. PJC 22.3 should not be used in cases involving employees with multiple employment. For a definition of average weekly wage for those employees, see Tex. Lab. Code §408.042 and 28 Tex. Admin. Code § 128.1(h). Part-time employees. PJC 22.3 should not be used in cases involving part-time employees. For a definition of average weekly wage for part-time employees, see Tex. Lab. Code § 408.042 and 28 Tex. Admin. Code § 128.4. Seasonal employees. PJC 22.3 should not be used for seasonal employees.
