Various conduct that satisfies definition of aggravated sexual assault under section 22.021 of Texas Penal Code. In an appropriate case, the question should include one or more of the following subparts: 1. Did Don Davis — a. knowingly or intentionally— i.

cause the penetration of the anus or sexual organ of another person by any means, without that person’s consent; or ii. cause the penetration of the mouth of another person by the sexual organ of Don Davis , with out that person’s consent; or iii. cause the sexual organ of another person, with out that person’s consent, to contact or pene trate the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including Don Davis ; or b. regardless of whether Don Davis knew the age of the child at the time of the offense, knowingly or intentionally— i. cause the penetration of the anus or sexual organ of a child by any means; or ii. cause the penetration of the mouth of a child by the sexual organ of Don Davis ; or iii. cause the sexual organ of a child to contact or penetrate the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including Don Davis ; or iv. cause the anus of a child to contact the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, includ ing Don Davis ; or v. cause the mouth of a child to contact the anus or sexual organ of another person, including Don Davis ;
