PJC 240.12 Qualification of Proposed Guardian of the Person If you answered “Yes” to Question ______ [ 240.10 ], then answer Question ______ [ 240.12 ]. A person is not qualified if the person is a person who, because of inexperi ence, lack of education, or other good reason, is incapable of properly and pru dently managing and controlling the ward.
