Parties have taken differing positions on the application of PJC 303.20A to a dispute involving a multi-well lease in which the combined production from all producing wells does not exceed total operating and marketing costs of the lease as a whole, but the lease includes at least one well produc ing in paying quantities that would perpetuate the lease when considered alone without the costs associated with the other wells.
