T imothy J. G olden , Solicitor, died at his residence, Bank Place, Mallow, Co. Cork, on the 8th December, 1953. Mr. Golden served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. David J. O’Meara, Solicitor, Mallow, Co. Cork, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1901, and practised at Mallow, Co. Cork. M r . J ohn E lg ee , Solicitor, died at his residence, 7 Selsker Street, Wexford, on the 17th December, 195 3 - Mr. Elgee served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. W. Elgee, Solicitor, Wexford, was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1900, and practised at Wexford as senior partner in the firm o f Messrs. Little & Elgee, Wexford. M r . J oseph I. D onaghy , Solicitor, died at his residence, “ Tynagort,” Strandtown, Belfast, on the 14th January, 1954. Mr. Donaghy served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. John Harbison, Solicitor, Magherafelt, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1892, and practised at 142 Royal Avenue, Belfast, as senior partner in the firm of Messrs. Joseph I. Donaghy and Co. He was a past President o f the Incorporated Law Society o f Northern Ireland.
