ditional on payment by the tenant o f the current rent together with a sum o f £2 per month off the arrears. It was stated that the tenant met with an accident when leaving his house to send the current payment by post and that, but for the accident, it would have reached the owner within the permitted time. The payment was, in fact, received by the landlord after the time. The President held that as one o f the conditions o f the stay of execution had been broken the Court had no power to order a further stay.
