OBITUARY M r . P atrick J . O ’D riscoll , Solicitor, died at his residence, The Retreat, Bandon, Co. Cork, on 23rd June, 1952. Mr. O’Driscoll served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Patrick Joseph McCarthy, Bandon, Co. Cork, was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1899, and practised at Bandon, Co. Cork. M r . S ydney E xshaw , Solicitor, Monaghan, died on the 19th June, 1952. Mr. Exshaw served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. William Martin, Solicitor, Monaghan, was admitted as a solicitor in Michaelmas Sittings, 1919, and practised at Monaghan. M r . R oger F ox , Solicitor, Kilmallock, Co. Lime­ rick, died on the 15th July, 1952. Mr. Fox served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. James G. Skinner, Solicitor, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, was admitted in Flilary Sittings, 1902, and pracdsed as senior partner in the firm o f Messrs. Roger Fox & Co., Kilmallock. SOLICITORS’ GOLFING SOCIETY M embers are reminded that the Autumn meeting will take place at Portmarnock, on Thursday, the 2nd October, 1952, when the I.L.S. Challenge Cup and Ryan Cup will be competed for together with other prizes. New members (sub. 10/-) cordially invited. It is also proposed to have an outing to Cork on Saturday, n th October, when a triangular contest between teams from Cork, Dublin and Belfast will be held.
