OBITUARY M r . T. A. R iordan , Solicitor, died at his residence, “ Corrin,” Fermoy, Co. Cork on the 26th February, J953 - Mr. Riordan served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Barry Sullivan, Solicitor, Mallow, was admitted in Easter Sittings, 1933, and practised at Mallow under the style o f Messrs. Barry Sullivan and Co. M r . M ichael J . H everin , Solicitor died at his residence “ Essex Lawn ” Roscommon on the 3rd March, 1933. Mr. Heverin served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Farrell McDonnell, Solicitor, Roscommon, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1898, and practised as senior partner in the firm o f Messrs. Farrell McDonnell & Co., Solicitors, Roscommon until his retirement in 1950. M r . J ohn I. M. C a rr ig , Solicitor died at his resi­ dence New Street, Malahide, Co. Dublin on the 9th March, 1953. Mr. Carrig served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Eugene F. Collins, Solicitor, 19 Eustace Street, Dublin, was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1916, and practised at Ballina until his retirement in 1951.

The Registrar of Titles will issue a duplicate Certificate unless he is notified within 28 days from the date o f this Notice that the said Certificate of Title is still in existence and in the custody o f some person other than the above-named Registered Owner.
