390 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg The county’s only outdoor public pool is a beach-entry leisure pool with water slides, fountains, and geysers. The tots’ pool provides enjoyment for children under the age of 5. For those of you just wanting to hang out in the sun, there is plenty of room! Pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Generally, when county schools are in session, the pool will be open Saturdays and Sundays only. The entire facility is available for rental from 7:00-10:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Rental fees start at $175 for a minimum of 2 hours and $75 for each additional hour. The fee includes designated lifeguards. Call our office or check online for availability. frog pond pool
