aquatics AMERICAN RED CROSS SWIMMING LESSONS - $45 Mid-County Frog Pond Infant & Toddler (Ages 1-4), 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. This program builds swim readiness and confidence in the water with an emphasis on having fun. Parents and children participate in guided activities including bubble-blowing, floating on the front and back, elementary backstroke, freestyle and underwater swim. It is designed to teach parents the essentials so they can help teach their child; we ask that all parents participate in class.

Level 2, (Ages 5+), 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. This program builds swim readiness and confidence in the water with an emphasis on having fun. Child must be comfortable in group settings. This level will refine the skills involved in freestyle and backstroke, inlcuding breathing, arm pull, and proper kick.
