MONTGOMERY COUNTY TREETOP ADVENTURE - $65 Sa, May 11, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Mountain Lake Ready for an adrenaline kick? Virginia’s newest ropes adventure course is located in the forest canopy at Mountain Lake. Mountain Lake Treetop Adventures is a fun way to get outside, challenge yourself, and experience the exhilaration of climbing through the tree canopy and riding zip lines through the forest. Sky bridges, swings, rope ladders and zip lines offer a range of challenges that are fun for both the novice, the super adventure seeker and everyone in between! There are no exceptions. Regardless of age, participants must weigh at least 40 pounds and no more than 250 pounds. Course 6421

and fastest zip line in the state of Virginia, your zip trip will be an adventure you’ll never forget. With nearly a mile of lines through five sections, flying over valleys and through the tree tops, this heart pounding excursion will leave you wanting to go again and again! After your areal adventure, enjoy lunch at the famous Hungry Mother State Park’s restaurant for soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Lunch will be on your own. Registration deadline one week prior.
