With freely chosen winding direction, the SV410D can spool automotive wires coming from extrusion lines at a speed of up to 1,500m/min with- out any need for modifications onto NPS400 spools with a traverse width of 100-400mm. It can, therefore, directly manufacture the increasingly popular and handy miniature bundle format, thus complying with the requirements of the Japanese automotive industry. An optional automatic system sorts out defective wire sections at constant speed ensuring that only flawless product is wound onto the spool.
