Both of Mexico’s goals were scored by Oribe Peralta. There is a professional soccer league in Mexico, known as Liga MX. The most successful teams include Club de Fútbol América S.A and Club Deportivo Guadalajara, which have each won 11 league titles. Deportivo Toluca Fútbol Club S.A., from the state of Mexico, has won 10 titles. One reason that soccer is popular in Mexico is because the sport can be played virtually anywhere with any equipment.
