CUSTOMER SPOTL I GHT

T he 982M was purchased by Cemex El Paso for their Vado, NM Quarry. It was part of a global RFP that also included a 770G haul truck, 962M loader, and two 236D skid steer loaders for the El Paso operations. The loaders and haul truck are enrolled in Cat Job Site Solutions (JSS) where Wagner and Cat jointly monitor equipment performance and health and provide daily reports to Cemex management. This helps Cemex improve the profitability and performance of many aspects of their quarries. Cemex El Paso is one of several Cemex operations enrolled in JSS, including the Cemex operations in Lyons, CO. Cemex management said that they selected Wagner and Cat over other lower priced competitors because of the level of service they receive and the outstanding relationship they have with Wagner and Cat. This relationship continues to grow and has made Cemex a very loyal Wagner customer. In addition to the recent RFP, Cemex has purchased two 980K loaders and three 770 haul trucks over the past three years. All of these machines are enrolled in JSS.
