• 1 ½ oz. Dewar’s 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky • 1 ½ oz. Niepoort Tawny Port

• 2 dashes orange bitters • ½ oz. fresh orange juice • orange peel for garnish • sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish DIRECTIONS

Muddle a fresh sprig of rosemary in the bottom of a mixing glass. Combine Scotch, port, orange bitters, and orange juice in the glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
