(K) Goalposts for 9v9 matches at Under 11, Under 12 and Under 13 within Hunts Youth League shall be 16 x 7 foot. Recommended pitch dimensions for 9v9 matches within Hunts Youth League shall be as detailed below. The pitch shall be marked with standard markings as detailed in The FA Guide to Pitch and Goalpost Dimensions. These pitches can be marked within an existing full size pitch if required. Where this is done a safe and clear method of defining the appropriate lines must be used. · Pitch length 80 yards · Pitch width 50 yards All other pitch marking shall be as defined in The FA Guide to Pitch and Goalpost Dimensions Goalposts for 11v11 matches at Under 14 within Hunts Youth League shall be 21 x 7 foot, or 24 x 8 foot. Goalposts for matches at Under 15 and above within Hunts Youth League shall be 24 x 8 foot. Pitch dimensions for 11v11 matches shall comply with FA Laws of Game and The FA Guide to Pitch and Goalpost Dimensions , with appropriate line markings as indicated within Laws of Game. If you cannot comply with the above requirements you will need to notify and seek approval of League Management Committee of any variation before utilisation of the pitch for any League or Cup match. REPORTING RESULTS 11. (A) Both the home and away club shall record the result of each match, details of the participating players, including substitutes played, and the mark awarded to the Referee, and any other information required by the Competition onto the league’s database (FA Full Time) by 20:00 hours Monday following the weekend of the fixture. Clubs in default shall be fined £5 and/or the being dealt with as the Management Committee decide. (B) Both teams shall text the result of each match to the League’s database (FA Full Time) no later than two hours after the completion of the match. Clubs in default shall be fined £5 (C) Prior to marking a referee the appropriate Club representative shall make him/her self fully aware of the marking criteria in the FA Guide to marking referees within the League handbook. Any Club awarding the referee a mark of 61, or less, must compile a report outlining the referee’s perceived shortcomings. For marks of 62 – 65 the League Referees Secretary may request a written report. This written report must be submitted via e mail to the League Secretary and League Referees Secretary within five days of the match. Clubs in default of this requirement shall be fined £10. DETERMINING CHAMPIONSHIP 12. (A) Team rankings within the Competition will be decided by points with three points to be awarded for a win and one point for a drawn match. The teams gaining the highest number of points in their respective Divisions at the conclusion shall be adjudged the winners. Matches must not be played for double points. In the event of two or more teams being equal on points team rankings will be decided by deciding matches played under conditions determined by the Management Committee. (B) Automatic promotion and relegation shall be applied for the first two teams and last two teams in each Division except as provided for hereunder, subject to the provisions of Rule 1(b).
