ATCEMS Receives Honor Flight Appreciation Award

The four coins pictured on the plaque represent Deep Gratitude, Vietnam War Veterans Welcome Home, Korean War Veterans Never Forgotten, and The Greatest Generation.

On Monday, December 17th, Mr. Claude Jones, Vice Chairman of Honor Flight Austin, presented Austin-Travis County EMS with an Appreciation Award for dedicated service and support of Honor Flight Austin.

The plaque reads:

Presented to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services for Outstanding Support in Furnishing Highly Trained Medical Service Technicians to Ensure the Safety and Welfare of the Veterans during Honor Flights 2018 .
