ES En el pueblo de Grand Case, las casas de comidas están situadas a la orilla de la playa y perdidos entre esos templos cu- linarios se encuentran los “lolos“. Se trata de una serie de chozas de madera contiguas al mar donde oriundos y visitantes pueden chuparse los dedos con una montaña de caracola estofada, pez frito, frijoles, arroz y plátanos a un precio muy asequible. En las áreas más bajas y menos visitadas de esta zona, llamadas Arenal a Marigot y la Bahía de la Ortiga, existen cocineros autóctonos esperando tentar a los turistas con su comida de toda la vida.
