Pearl's In-l aw therapy 1 SUGAR CUBE 4 DROPS ORANGE CREAM BITTERS .5 OZ AMARETTO 1.5 OZ COGNAC (2 OZ FOR DIFFICULT IN-LAWS) TOP WITH CHAMPAGNE In a Real Housewives-sized wine glass, drop in your sugarcube. Add 4 drops of bitters and Amaretto. Let soak. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cognac, lemon juice, and stir until mixed. Muddle the sugarcube and swirl to mix with amaretto and bitters. Strain cognac mixture into glass. Top with a Brut champagne.
