M3P Stain An inorganic mineral silicate stain that provides long-term protection and water repellency. Where to Use Long term protection and enhanced aesthetics of concrete, masonry and stone. Coverage/Yield Coverage rates vary considerably from substrate to substrate for al potassium silicates coatings due to surface texture and absorption rates of the masonry being coated. Apply a mockup to determine coverage rates for specific project 170-300 ft 2 ./gal.
