EIS Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, has acquired the assets of Oklahoma-based Insulation and Wires Inc (IWI). Insulation and Wires is a distributor and fabricator of process materials used in electrical OEM, motor repair and energy markets in the south central region of the USA.
