2010 1949 (25 Aug.) A cover from Tientsin sent to Yilan, Taiwan. On reverse, bearing Peking surcharged on SYS Northeast issue ( 改 作 ) $18 on $3, $20 on 50c (Yang NC339, NC 348) and ‘Temporarily used for…’ ( 暫作 ) $1 on 25c block of 4 and block of 8 (Yang NC348) 3 stamps damaged, all tied by bilingual ‘TIENTSIN’ cds, on front with char. ‘TAIWAN/YILAN/12.9.49’ ( 宜蘭 ) arrival cds. total postage rate $50, and this cover is considered as a domestic postage cost since 19th Aug. 1949. A very nice communist and KMT interactive mailing route. And also an unique destination. Photo HK$ 20,000 - 30,000
