Mid-Morning snack: (after breakfast/before lunch): Half a banana with 1TBS natural almond butter Afternoon snack (after lunch/ before dinner): Turkey breast 4oz (or a lean protein) in lettuce cup Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate with water throughout the day. An easy way to measure is to drink 4 Frenchman’s Creek water bottles a day.
