Foreign Films in April

I will finish off this season (we will not show a foreign film on Wednesday, April 29th) leaving you with a happy finish and hopefully looking forward to my 4th year of foreign films. Wednesday, April 1 st at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. She had a plan. This is a dark comedy that focuses on the complications involved with both Passover and bringing the family together. Set among Mexico City's Jewish population, I found this movie hysterical, however based on a serious act. This is a very wise film, in my opinion, that shows a strong relationship like a net over a family that wraps itself together, but not necessarily love.

Come see this dramatic comedy.

Wednesday, April 15 th at 5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. What else do you need if you have love? An Englishman living in Denmark, who's a lonely middle aged widower and a Danish hairdresser who's been left by her husband by THAT younger coworker both with bruised souls meet each other in a minor fender bender. Short of 2 hours this drama touches on romance, comedy and real life issues.
