Customer Service Response:

186 calls were made during November. The questions asked focused on measurable

customer service actions.

Respondents were asked to rate the customer service provided by our medics on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best 75.31% of the patients rated the customer service they received at a 5 and 22.22% rated their service at a 4. The average rating overall was 4.60 out of 5 for customer service. The response we obtained from our customers is evidence of the great medics we have and the tremendous job they do each and every day.

Patient Comments:

 “They were excellent and topped the list of medics with ATCEMS although they have all been good. They knew exactly what to do and the lead medic hugged me and said they were happy to help.”

 “Professional, friendly, courteous, made me feel safe and comfortable.”

 “They were super nice, they treated me with great respect.”

 “They were really nice and they calmed me down, they took very good care of us, like we were family.”

 “Their attitude and their experience in helping a patient stay calm. They were both just wonderful.”

“They were very professional.”

“They were very helpful.”

 “They were good, I rate them a 10.”
