OPTIMUM MOLTEN IRON AND ALUMINIUM PROTECTION Aluflame™ Work is an inherently flame resistant fabric, offering the highest possible protection against molten aluminium and molten iron. Industrial launderable, the high cotton content gives the fabric a natural soft handle for increased comfort and is intended to be used in areas where there is continuous exposure to molten aluminium (D3) and iron (E3) splashes, allowing those who deal with these hot metals to work safely in their daily working environment without sacrificing on protection.

Aluflame™ work is constructed from 43% Cotton, with 30% Viscose giving a soft hand feel and aiding breathability. 20% Acrylic fibre ensures outstanding heat and flame resistance, with 6% Aramid giving exceptional strength. 1% Carbon Fibre makes the fabric inherently anti-static.
