A. Governmental Activities Governmental activities increased the City’s net position by approximately $6.9 million, up from an approximate $2.8 million increase last year. Contributing to the increase was the donation of LeBauer and Center City Parks to the City. The Internal Service Funds are combined with governmental activities at the entity-wide level.
