Overview

With a ‘laying the foundations’ focus, we leaned on our Lean and Agile methods to make thoughtful, informed and fast decisions using client feedback and the customer experience as our compass. We improved infrastructure, reimagined processes and re-engineered products. The year provided an exciting opportunity for our teams to plan and execute impactful improvements, building an agile, innovative next generation Dwellworks, while continuing to champion the quality and values at our core.

What’s Next?

Technology will take the wheel in 2019, with the global roll out of our myDwellworks ™ service delivery platform, an improved online self-managed-move experience, and a unified global accounting solution, powered by our passionate, determined and customer-focused associate and network teams!

We welcomed Ark Relocation Services to Dwellworks in July, adding offices in Beijing and Shanghai and additional resources for our Hong Kong team.

Safeguarding Privacy

Compliance and Good Governance • Successfully implemented our GDPR readiness plan by the May 25 go-live date • Reinforced network compliance through criminal background checks, OFAC screening, driver’s license and auto insurance verification, and annual renewal of Code of Conduct • Earned EuRA Global Quality Seal recertification and were awarded the Association for Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) certification for our global Corporate Housing inventory apartments • Passed annual SOC Type 1 and 2 process validation and key systems and security audits

Cyber Security Dwellworks annually invests over $500k in technology, process controls, and training for the greatest possible assurance of data privacy and protection, including: • Data Privacy, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Risk Management, Incident Response, and Business Continuity processes • Active partnership with clients and relocating employees to advise on the proper and limited sending and storage of personal data • Regular, ongoing education of associates and suppliers
