as cost-effective tools in managing chronic medical illness in the com- munity. Given the increased rate of chronic illness in prison populations, these tools will be of great benefit in predicting, preventing and managing

illness in corrections patients. Analyt- ics suites will become essential tools for budgeting and projecting manpow- er needs in light of changing program requirements, housing requirements and medical requirements in the
