2020 CHEVY/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD 5” SUSPENSION SYSTEM The heart of the Zone Offroad 5” 2020 HD lift kit is a pair of one piece ¼”steel crossmembers combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles to create OE geometry for a quality ride. Also included is a laser cut differential skid plate, differential support brackets, torsion bar

brackets, sway bar links, offset rear 3” lift blocks, stainless steel brake lines and custom valved shocks. This system is designed to level the truck and has zero change to the vehicle’s track width allowing for clearance of up to 35x12.50 tires. No differential trimming required!

The Zone 4” and 6” systems include a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and stout ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering. A 3-piece differential relocation system is utilized to correct front pinion angle with the center differential brace tying front and rear crossmembers together for a sturdy differential mount. the differential skid plate and crossmember brace create an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance. To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are a pair of CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.
