Ms. Wamsley stated that the help desk solution is in progress as reported by Ms. Kimble. 2. The support committee would like to recommend that the proctor center evaluation change to a yearly evaluation done six weeks into the semester. Each institution should submit the completed evaluation to the DLC association at the November meeting and from here forth at each October meeting of the association. 3. Support services will be compiled as a result of the MSVCC survey. v. Administration 1. The quality study has not been done as a result of funding 2. The cost study has been started and will be a long process 3. Policy and procedures manual has been completed 4. Academic honesty and student grievance policies have been developed and are complete. Audra Leverton expressed a concern about students being placed in online classes who are not suitable for online courses and asked if the association can institute an evaluation process. Ms. Kimble stated that the READI program might be able to meet this need. c. Enrollment Tool i. Ms. Kimble asked the association to discuss the addition of a validation tool for Audit Rolls in the enrollment tool. ii. Members discussed the options. Hubert Yates discussed adding the option in the course management module. (Ive Burnett…Module turned on by audit dates. When on an instructor will be able to click on course roster list with a button to verify status...once verified will put a snapshot to a database. When verified include a date stamp. DLCs will have another list with a verify button so that we can verify that all instructors have verified their courses (like who has submitted grades)) iii. Other enhancements: Jennifer Leimer mentioned that while there has been some improvement to the Build Local Offerings module, it is still a very slow process to add courses to a colleges list of local offerings and would like to see this modified further. Ms. Leimer also mentioned that MGCCC was pleased with the new Course Review report but would like to see the following changes made to the report. 1. Add course prefix, number and section number (ex: ACC 1213 700) and sort by these fields rather than Unique Course ID. 2. List only the local college's courses 3. Replace Location with Campus rather than college 4. Remove Max and Available seats iv. Mr. Yates made mention of students showing in the enrollment tool as an MCC student, but are not available in the student listing. Ms. Kimble mentioned instances where a course appeared in List Catalog Courses, but would not show on Build Local Offering List. Mr. Burnett asked members to try to pinpoint when this happens (with new course build or with modified courses). Ms. Kimble asked for a sort by reason for college withdrawals capability (ex: Withdrawal, Never Attended etc.). Also she would like a count added for each. b. Screening Online Students i.
