v. Mr. Burnett described the backup process for the enrollment tool. Full backup at 6am and 3pm. At night there is a tape library that backs up the entire LAN so that there is an additional backup. They are looking at off-site storage options. vi. Mr. Burnett mentioned that the enrollment tool is getting huge and perhaps we should revisit the reports that are necessary and possibly look at using queries. Association members should look at the enrollment tool and bring suggestions to the next meeting. vii. Mr. Yates mentioned that he uses Access to reconcile Banner and the Enrollment Tool. He agreed to share his procedure with the association. V. Other a. A new fall short term has been added as a result of Hurricane Katrina for PRCC and MGCCC (only these colleges) Topic of the Day a. Textbooks i. Andrea Scott expressed a concern about some colleges using outdated textbooks and the difficulty in obtaining these books for students. ii. Jenniffer Wamsley stated that the new textbook policy seems to be working very well. Members agreed. b. App Pack 3 Feature i. Andrea Scott mentioned that the new adaptive release feature would be useful in building the training modules. VI.
