CALL TO ORDER. Andrea Scott called the meeting to order at 10:04 am.

II. The minutes from the association meeting on January 10, 2006 were approved as presented. III. Unfinished business

A. Enrollment Tool Change Proposals

1. Andrea Scott distributed copies of a list of enrollment tool updates a) Members discussed and agreed upon the proposed changes

b) Audra Kimble suggested that we add the BB/D2L course id to the profile to help with Presidium troubleshooting. c) Jennifer Leimer asked about the status of developing a DLC Assistant Role. Nothing else has been done with this since the association has not presented anything in writing.

IV.

New Business A. Audra Kimble discussed consortium issues i. Enrollment Data & Assessments

1. Ms. Kimble provided a spreadsheet with assessment numbers. Please check and let her know of any discrepancies by Friday morning. ii. Blackboard Update
