c. Enrollment Tool Updates i. Andrea Scott presented a list of Enrollment Tool updates for members to evaluate. Ms. Kimble questioned the addition of a Grade Change option in the enrollment tool. She does not think Dr. Day will approve this change and recommends that we continue to use the old grade submission form for grade changes. ii. Ms. Kimble addressed the Assistant DLC Role. Members agree that it needs to be created. Members need to review the ET enhancements and come up with exactly what permissions we want this role to have. iii. Members discussed the use of social security number for userid and password. Members agree that it needs to be changed, but the association doesn’t have a solution at this time. Ms. Givens will ask Dr. Day to discuss this on the second day of the Registrar’s meeting. Elections a. Jenniffer Wamsley nominated and Tish Stewart seconded Audra Leverton for Vice President b. Tish Stewart nominated and Taurus Satterwhite seconded Jennifer Leimer for Secretary c. Jenniffer Wamsley will become President since she served as Vice-President
