I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting began at 10am with a presentation by Chad Jennings from Blackboard. a. Objectives of state proposal were presented: i. Enabling Continuous Improvement ii. Provide access to resources to students in order to enrich their learning iii. Broaden the scope of offerings to include tools for institutional effectiveness 1. Proposing a single sign in system for local system and MSVCC

2. Integration with Blackboard and Student Information Systems…taking information from student information system (Banner, Peoplesoft, etc.) and pushing it into Blackboard 3. Remove local Blackboard servers so that support is centralized.
