New Business a. Textbook Issues

i. Janice Poole stated that the PRCC bookstore has been having problems with getting textbooks from other colleges. Members agreed to contact other DLCs if they hear of problems. b. Late Registration i. Tish Stewart asked if other colleges do late registration. Most said yes, but only in their own classes. It was agreed that Audra will continue to run batch loads through Friday after add/drop. DLCs were reminded to only placed students in your own classes after add/drop. For late adds, please send Beverlin the students full name, ssn, telephone number, email address, and course ID (BB/D2L ID) c. Short-Term Classes in Enrollment Tool i. Jennifer Leimer stated that while courses are indicated properly as short-term classes in the enrollment tool, they are still showing up on the full-term course list. Until this problem can be resolved, Ms. Leimer said that the best way to identify an MGCCC short-term class is by the section number. Full term classes have a 700-709 section number. Short-term classes have 710 or 720 section numbers.
