I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting began at 10am with a presentation by Jesse Girardi from Horizon Wimba.

II. The minutes from the February 2007 meeting were presented for review. Laura Lofton moved to accept the minutes and Audra Leverton seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented.

Consortium Issues

a. There is no report as of yet as to implementation of the Blackboard Project, but as soon as the contract is signed, more information will be provided. i. Seven colleges will move their local servers over to D2L the first year and the other seven will move the next year. c. Cleaning up of Bb Production & Staging Environments
