New Business a. The Policies & Procedures Committee was asked to look into the feasibility of developing a “Withdraw from Class” or “Withdrawal Procedures” link under the MSVCC Links in BB and D2L. Jennifer Leimer asked if the withdrawal procedures could be placed in a prominent location for students so that they can easily determine the proper steps at their local institution for requesting a withdrawal. b. Audra Kimble will send the withdrawal procedures form to members so that it can be updated.
