New Business

a. Audra Kimble stated that all enrollment tool issues should be submitted to Beverlin and copied to Marilyn Gardner, mgardner@sbcjc.cc.ms.us. b. Blackboard/D2L course issues should be submitted to Audra Kimble at this time. c. User issues for Blackboard/D2L should be submitted to Beverlin and copied to Marilyn. d. Course creations/deletions should be submitted to Beverlin and copied Marilyn. e. Enrollment Tool Suggestions i. Andrea Scott presented a list of enrollment tool suggestions. Suggestions include: 1. Adding the “Course Term” field to the original Master Course form when building a master course offering. 2. Ability to copy course information with syllabus and textbook information from one semester to another. 3. Grade distribution report on classes that have been pulled in as a local offering. Andrea Scott will write up the requests with a detailed explanation of the requests along with screen shots to provide to Ive Burnett. Review Strategic Planning committees i. Tish Stewart asked if members wanted to combine the original strategic planning committees with the new committees that were developed. Members agreed that the original committees should be rolled into the new committees. The new combined committee/sub-committee structure is presented below. The chairs for the main committees will serve as the strategic planning oversight committee. Tish Stewart is the chair of the strategic planning oversight committee. 1.
