I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 2:30pm after a training session that was provided by Wimba from 10am – 2:30pm.

II. The minutes from the May and June meetings were presented for review. One correction was made to the June minutes: Audra Leverton automatically transitioned from vice-president to president for 2007-2008. Tish Stewart made a motion to accept the minutes. Jackie Bailey-Hall seconded the motion.
