** Committee Updates- Christian said that we should go back to names of the person instead of the name of the college in case there a new person with little or no experience as a Committee Chair.

3. SBCJC Business:

** Verification of MSBCJC Environment (Blackboard 8, Service Pack 1)

Wade was contacted by phone and we voiced our concerns about the time that he wanted the test items completed. Christian told him that we would need until Wednesday until noon to have the test items complete and Wade agreed. The down time will be from May 15 th through May 17 th . Wade said that he would send the RAC Stage and URL with login information today (May 9 th , 2008). A copy of the staging task list is attached; Chris will complete this action by noon Wednesday May 14, 2008.
