Call to order – Christian Pruitt called the meeting to order at 10:00a.m.

II. Blackboard Conference Call - Wade Weichel and Stacey Wright – Stacey Bryant provided a basic overview of snapshot. She covered each snapshot error, what each error looks like, and common check point items to help resolve those errors. Stacey will record the presentations and that will be provided via email at a later date.

Snapshot runs three times a day: 7:00a.m., 1:00p.m., and 4:00p.m Central Standard Time. Each time the snapshot process kicks off, prior to that run your snapshot generator will generate a set of snapshot files. Those are uploaded to the SFTP host. They are then available to be picked up by the learning system. The identity manager will then pull the files from the inbox for each college. Next it reviews all users files and matches up user records. It then sends them to the snapshot controller, which picks them up sequentially. At that point the files are then placed into the Outbox and archived directory with the date/time stamp. You have an archived folder for each snapshot run. Each school has a login account to the SFTP server. Each school will have an account to the staging server as well as the production account. There are a number of tools that can be used for SFTP. Stacey uses WinFTP. The archive folders are kept on the SFTP server for two weeks and then they are purged. If you wish to keep longer, you can download those to your local
