I. CALL TO ORDER. Jennifer Leimer called the meeting to order at 10:11a.m. Each person introduced themselves to Dr. Clark and Dr. Qualls, who were present from SBCJC.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The agenda was approved as presented.

APPROVAL OF JULY 2008 MINUTES. a. Jackie Bailey made a motion to approve the July 2008 minutes. Audra Leverton seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented.

BLACKBOARD DISCUSSIONS (10:30a.m. – 11:00a.m.) a. NEW BLACKBOARD CONTACT i.

Jim Wohlford is the new Blackboard contact for MSVCC. He recently took Stacey Bryant’s place as our account manager. Christian stated that he feels that Jim will do a good job for MSVCC and is excited to have him on board. Jim will be stationed in Washington D.C. during the first two weeks of our online semester. He will be with Usha, Roger, and Phil to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. They will be providing hourly updates during the first two weeks of the fall semester.
