Call to order. The meeting was called to order at 10:00a.m.

Approval of Agenda. a. Deans Association – Alicia Shows b. My Math Lab – Audra Leverton

Approval of November 2008 Minutes. a. Corrections of typos need to be made on pages 5, 6, and 8 of the November 2008 minutes. b. Audra Leverton made the motion to approve the minutes following the corrections. Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. The November minutes were approved. Old Business. a. Strategic Plan 2013 and Policies and Procedures Manual Updates – Tish Stewart. Tish would like to thank Terry Pollard for all of his assistance with updating the Policies & Procedures as well as the Strategic Plan. He provided great help with putting together the final copies.
