Call to order. The meeting was called to order at 10:15a.m.

II.

Approval of April 2009 Minutes. a.

Diann Nichols made the motion to approve the minutes. Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. The April minutes were approved.

III.

Approval of Agenda. a. Add Bootcamp

IV.

Old Business a. Policies & Procedures manual changes

i. Deans have requested to read in on the P&P updates before it goes to the Presidents’ meeting ii. Comment sheets provided to the group for noting items not to be discussed but that need to be addressed (so as not to draw attention to a school not following the agreement). iii. Goals (p4) – goals contradict reimbursement but it is a senate bill so Christian will be addressing this with the deans and presidents to rewrite one or both.
