2009 – July Part 2 DLC Action Items – July 9, 2009 Meeting

 If you are planning to attend DLC Boot camp (October 5-7), let Tish and/or Christian know before the August 2009 DLC meeting.  Christian will provide an email to Dr. Qualls so that the DLC recommendation on transcripts can be sent to the deans.  Please ask your faculty, counselors, and other Enrollment Tool users to make their passwords more protected. Too many users have “password” or the same as their usernames listed for their passwords.  Christian will check with Ive to see if the faculty ID is linked to other fields within the Enrollment Tool.  MSVCC Faculty Handbook needs to be added to the August 2009 agenda  Chris Jenkins would like to request, through the ET committee, that the evaluation results be provided in a spreadsheet view and compile the averages automatically.  Committee member chairs, Jennifer Leimer, Tish Stewart, Buffy Matthews, Terry Pollard, and Christian Pruitt will have a Wimba meeting to provide agenda items for the August DLC meeting.
