I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:07a.m.

II. Approval of Agenda. The agenda was approved as presented. Audra Leverton made the motion to approve the agenda; Jennifer Power seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III. Approval of January 2010 Minutes. Buffy will make the requested changes to the January minutes. Following those changes, Holly Melvin made the motion to approve the minutes; Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried. IV. Approval of February 2010 Minutes. Buffy will make the requested changes to the February minutes. Following those changes, Audra Leverton made the motion to approve the minutes; Derrix Betts seconded the motion. Motion carried. V. Approval of March 2010 Minutes. Buffy will make the requested changes to the March minutes. Julia made the motion of approve the minutes and Audra Leverton seconded the motion to approve the minutes after corrections are made. Motion carried.

Buffy asked that everyone read the minutes when they are emailed and email her the necessary corrections prior to the meeting.
