SBCJC Business – Christian Pruett a. Presidium – the association will be moving forward with Presidium. Presidium will be stepping up their services for an amount much less than that we normally pay. Richa is part of the client services team with Presidum, along with Hanna. Their main focus is Bb technical support. She is working on a script that will state that the current Bb system is down for an upgrade, so that call center staff will see the message prior to following the question queue. The Bb 9.0 version will be available at the end of May. Christian has been discussing the possibility of having individual phone numbers and portals for each MSVCC college so that it helps the staff know what systems are in use at that institution. In October of 2008 Tish Stewart, Christian Pruett, Dr. Qualls, and Buffy Matthews visited the Presidium call center in Summerset, KY. We would like to give other DLCs the ability to visit this call center as well.

They are currently working with other clients on student service areas such as financial aid, IT help desks, etc.
