3.Mark Smith (MGCCC) made the suggestion of changing the subject line of the automatic MSVCC withdrawal emails to read “MSVCC Enrollment Status Change”. The association agreed to this change.

4.Mark Smith (MGCCC) requested to Ive Burnett that the “College” drop-down on the registration screen default to the appropriate college name.

Strategic Planning

1.Mark Smith (MGCCC) reminded the association that the strategic plan was being developed for the MSVCC and network support for the Mississippi Community College System.

2.The group agreed to organize the strategic plan into the following categories:

1. Strategic Initiative

2. Goals

3. Objectives- with generic measures.

3.The members of the association broke into work groups as established during the November DLC Association meeting.

Future Meetings

 The association agreed to meet Wednesday, February 18, 2004 in the ETV board room.
